Launch and acquisition campaign tactics (in store, email, direct mail, and and YouTube preroll) for Giant’s first proper loyalty program, along with email, e-commerce, and recipe integrations.

On debut and in following months, Giant smashed new user targets by about 30% and got the right people, too: Giant Flexible Rewards users shopped more often and spent about twice as much per shop.
