WPP’s global data agency/consulting group, formed with data groups and expertise from Wunderman Thompson and GroupM, was new when I joined. I was hired to work on B2B go to market (GTM) materials like the Walgreens case studies below, which I wrote and edited. To bring these to life, I interviewed and consulted with product managers, subject matter experts, and senior leadership, developing narrative and copy in line with Choreograph’s new style guide.

I pitched, developed, and wrote internal resources for Choreograph like this product glossary, for which I also interviewed product managers and subject matter experts — an effort that got a shoutout in Choreograph’s internal newsletter. With teams on four continents from two different data agencies, it was vital to address the variety of definitions, regulatory environments, and ways of working within the organization.
